Who Attends Agile Tour London? Agile Teams & Individuals

Anyone passionate about Agile! In its seventh year, Agile Tour London is a one-day ‘generalist’ conference dedicated to people at all stages of their agile journey. We have loads working in agile software development, but we welcome people from all sectors, horizontals and verticals, and all levels of experience.

After all, agile is everywhere. It’s the future. And it’s the present.

Which roles usually join Agile Tour London?

Again, everyone is welcome, but our typical attendees fall into one or more of these baskets:

  • Project Managers
  • Scrum Masters
  • Product Owners
  • Business Analysts
  • Coaches
  • Technical Leads
  • Agile Tour Tourists

Everyone who attends is an Agile Practitioner, but vary from newbie to advanced agilist. While we do welcome developers to attend, we want to emphasise this is the ‘softer side’ of your work — the People side — focussing on what distinguishes us as creative workers, not just ‘code monkeys’.

Is #ATLDN for Teams or Individuals?

In a word? Both.

Since it’s an engaging, yet affordable one-day conference, we see a lot of individuals, but we also see groups of up to 15 that come from the same organisation. These vary from leaders across various teams to a whole Scrum, who scatter to absorb learnings of the six different tracks and then regroup at breaks to share.

Since this year we have a track dedicated to Agile Leadership, we see an increase in whole teams attending. It’s an opportunity for leaders to take their learnings and immediately apply them toward more motivated, productive teams.

We offer extra benefits to people attending as a team, from special discounts to designated tables where you can regroup as a team between talks and workshops. If you want to learn more about how you can attend as a team, give us a shout at contact@agiletourlondon.co.uk.

And don’t forget — our conference is a great place for you to interact with and even recruit your next teammate!
