Based in London, Zak is a Management Consultant and Enterprise Agility Coach with over 10 years’ experience in helping FTSE100 organizations transform the way they think and operate. His recent article, “The case for enterprise agility (not just agile!),” highlights his passion for applying the principles of Agile to help client organizations and their people thrive in a fast-moving economy. His pragmatic approach is based on raising awareness of the mindsets and behaviors that hinder enterprise agility, using this awareness as a springboard for coaching people at all levels. He works with senior leadership members and C-suite executives to help them create the environment and culture that allows Agile teams to flourish.

He has had the privilege of working with some great businesses and amazing people – and learned a great deal from the challenges they face in their evolution as Agile organizations. Originally from Algeria, Zak speaks fluent Arabic, French and English, and intermediate Spanish. Most of his spare time is spent with his young family, with the occasional trip to watch Chelsea Football Club.
