Simple, Smart User Stories
This session revisits some of the fundamentals of user stories and the vacuum between what a user wants versus what is actually delivered.
A lot of time and money in organisations is wasted on building things users don’t want — and that’s a big problem. We need to learn to overcome confusion, clarify customer vision and to build value-first.
This talk will include examples of some of the problems we see and share simple user story techniques can be used to help us make sure we’re always building the right thing and getting maximum values for users.
