A Wardley Map visualises the customer value chain and determines the maturity of each component in the chain. It provides an understanding of how value is being delivered to your customers, and helps determine where to focus your team’s attention to ensure your organisation’s competitiveness.
In this workshop we’ll create a Wardley Map for a fictitious organisation and discuss what the map reveals about the company’s operations and customer value delivery. We’ll debate where the company should focus to differentiate itself from the competition.
